| Amtrak Trips |

I've taken quite a few Amtrak trips, most of them
long-distance, and I've honestly enjoyed each trip.
While I like to take the long Amtrak trips from endpoint to endpoint, these Amtrak
cross-country trains provide a great service to many people travelling shorter distances
within the same path. The California Zephyr, for example, stops to serve about 3
dozen cities between Chicago to California.
Amtrak is needed as a transportation option for both short and long distance
travelers, and I hope someday we will have more trains going to more places, giving the
public more travel options.
