Dowagiac, Michigan
  
  
Dowagiac station is on the Chicago-Detroit Michigan Services Wolverine and Blue Water routes between Niles and Kalamazoo, Michigan.  Built in the early 1900's and restored in the mid 1990's, this station looks great.    Dowagiac has a pleasant little downtown shopping district.  Be sure to stop by Zeke's on Front Street while waiting for your train.  There you'll find a giant assortment of bottled beers from around the world.  I don't even like beer that much but it's fun picking out an unusual beer to try while waiting for a pizza to finish across the street at Saylor Front Street Pizzeria.
